Vacation home projects continue in Navarre with the Palm Breeze and Seahorse Retreat vacation home resort. Just in time for Thanksgiving, homeowner Tim Spaid and his handy folks, David and Lisa demolished the front stairs of both homes in order to rebuild them with new lumber, risers and a fresh coat of paint for the hand rails.
We hope the new stairs, which are meant to last another twenty years from now, will add to the curb appeal of these graceful southern homes.
